Description of Supplies/Services Required to Meet the Agency s Needs: The requirement is necessary to continue wheelchair transportation medical services for the qualified VA beneficiaries of the CNVAMC and outlying CBOCs. The contractor shall provide all supplies, materials, equipment, labor, supervision, management, and transportation to eligible VA beneficiaries located in the designated locations in the state of Georgia and South Carolina.

The consultation services will be required primarily in Long Beach, on an as-needed basis, for specific projects or requirements in the VA Long Beach Healthcare System (VALBHS), which encompasses the Tibor Rubin VA Medical Center in Long Beach, and six Community-Based Outpatient Clinics (CBOCs) in Anaheim, Laguna Hills, Santa Ana, Santa Fe Springs, Gardena, and Villages at Cabrillo in Long Beach. 4. Specific Tasks. 4.1.
This procurement will be a service contract that will include the Ann Arbor VA Medical Center and all outlying CBOC s and buildings that use the Checkpoint System.
This will include Furnishing Pick-up, Removal and Disposal Services of Recyclable Materials for the Department of Veterans Affairs Medical Center, Togus, Maine and outlying Community Based Outpatient Clinics (CBOC s). The Contractor must be capable to provide all labor, equipment, materials; to include tools and parts, transportation, supervision, permits and licenses to perform the services.
