Massachusetts 21st Century Community Learning Centers Exemplary Programs Grant
For ten years, Carroll County offered after-school programs in all middle schools through a 21 st Century Learning Center grant, but when that funding ended in 2009,the programs were discontinued. Over the past 5 years, the Commissioners have provided local support for after-school programs to offer a safe, positive environment for middle school children to support prevention efforts.
