WMS is based on existing webscale services for cataloging and resource sharing using OCLC's WorldCat knowledge base of over 240 million bibliographic records and 1.7 billion library holding records, contributed by over 100,000 participating libraries world-wide. The CFPB Library is a member of the OCLC cooperative. The CFPB Library participates with other libraries to produce and maintain the WorldCat knowledge base.
In order to meet the above listed missions, the CFPB is establishing a library to serve as a focal point for reference materials that not only show current events, but events through the course of history that have shaped the financial environment as we know it today.
INTENT TO SOLE SOURCE: Lexis Nexis Digital Library Subscription (SS-CFPB-23-057)The Department of the Treasury, Bureau of the Fiscal Service, on behalf of the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau, intends to make a firm-fixed-price award to Lexis Nexis for Lexis Nexis Digital Library Subscription for a base period of 12-months and four (4) 12-month option periods pursuant to FAR Part 6.302-1(b)(1)(i).
