The purpose of this Request for Quotation (“RFQ”) is to obtain bid submissions (“Bids”) for the supply and (possible) delivery of bulk highway coarse de-icing road salt to The Municipality of Middlesex Centre (“the Municipality”) in accordance with specification found below. The intersection of Midnight Pass Road (SR758) at Beach Road (CR 789) on Siesta Key is programmed for improvements.
