TAIT completed a $17 million renovation project in 2020, which modernized Schwab Hall, the gateway to our security checkpoint, the rental car counters, and our central entrance from the arrivals roadway. The project includes updated restrooms near the security checkpoint, installing a clear story that is similar to the concourses, roof replacement on Schwab Hall and the baggage claim areas, HVAC improvements, and ceiling improvements.
