The chemical root control agent shall be registered with the EPA and the Oklahoma Department of Agriculture, prior to the bid opening, and shall be labeled for use in sanitary sewers to control tree roots. The chemical root control agent shall contain an active ingredient for controlling sewer roots and deterring their re-growth.
