Occupational Therapy Consultants Project Description :Children’s Services is seeking proposals for the provision of Occupational Therapy Consultants services through a General Services Contract, to support children receiving services under the CYFEA residing primarily in four government operated Campus-Based Treatment Centres (Lethbridge, Edmonton, High Prairie, and Lac la Biche) .
Purpose of Proposal:The Board of Education is soliciting request for proposals (RFP’s) for the purpose of entering into contract for Vision Therapy Services - As-Needed. To secure vision therapy services for children who are educated in Passaic public and nonpublic schools located in the City of Passaic. Services are to be provided on an as needed basis due to medical necessity for students.
The Medical Therapy Program (MTP), established by Title V and Health and Safety Code Section 123800 et seq., is a special program within California Children’s Services (CCS) that provides physical therapy, occupational therapy, and Medical Therapy Conference (MTC) services for children (birth to 21 years old) who have disabling conditions generally due to a neurological or musculoskeletal disorder.
