The new chiller shall be compatible with the existing chilled water system control system, so that it may be controlled in the same manner as the existing chiller. The new chiller shall be integrated into the chilled water system, to include that hardware and software configurations for the new chiller shall be similar to that of the existing chiller.

Site location is at the Palo Alto Campus, 3801 Miranda Avenue, Palo Alto CA, 94304.This project is to remove/dispose of the current air-cooled water chiller, and the installation and integration of a new air-cooled water chiller to include all required hardware and equipment to create a full and complete operating system.The construction period of performance will be 90 days from issuance of Notice to Proceed (NTP).
