The project consists of new chilled water supply and return piping to the future Football Operations Facility (FS-262) from FSU Satellite Chiller Plant 1 and including a connection to the Doak Campbell Stadium Chiller Plant for redundancy purposes, and valves for future connection to other buildings.

Building 101 is currently served by the same chiller as Building 100. This project will modify existing piping to allow Building 100 & 101 to each be served by their own dedicated chiller, with tie-ins maintained to allow for either chiller to provide redundancy to the other. Period of Performance is 240 days from issuance of Notice To Proceed.
