The period of performance for this BPA will be five years from the date of award of the BPA and subject to annual review/parties right to terminate. The contractor shall not be required to perform services on the following eleven (11) federally recognized holidays: New Year's Day, Martin Luther King Jr.'
All other hours and County recognized holidays (New Year’s Day, Martin Luther King Jr. Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Thanksgiving Day, Friday after Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Eve and Christmas Day) are to be considered to be ‘other than normal work hours’. 9. County will not pay separate fees for trip charges, fuel surcharges, etc., with the exception of after hour or small quantity delivery charges.
Normal working hours shall be from 8:00am to 4:30 pm, Monday thru Friday, excluding Federal holidays. Federal Holidays observed by the Alexandria Vet Center are: New Year Day Labor Day Martin Luther King Day Columbus Day Presidents’ Day Veterans’ Day Memorial Day Thanksgiving Day Independence Day Christmas Day Juneteenth This also includes any other day specifically declared by the President of the United States to be a national holiday.
