LOCATION – CHUBBUCK, ID All proposed sites must be appropriately zoned and should offer convenient access to the public. By statute, liquor stores must be at least 300 feet from a school (Title 23-303). This RFP is for a potential replacement of the Ammon Liquor Store #205 located at 4820 Yellowstone Avenue, Idaho. The Liquor Division has indicated a preference for a store located within the Chubbuck city limits north of I-86.
