Funding involves federal funds, so all federal laws and requirements must be followed.

Description: The objective of this RFP is to obtain a contract with a qualified consultant whom will be responsible for performing the Services necessary to update the content within Chapter 23 of the City’s Ordinance, ensuring Charlotte Water can provide an accurate ordinance for staff and citizens to use as a resource for water, sewer, and industrial waste discharge restrictions. 

Response is critical to the operation of the system and the clean drinking water of our citizens. This service will only be used if City resources have been exhausted. The City intends to evaluate submitted proposals and produce a Pre-Qualified list of vendorsexhibiting comprehensive experience. The City reserves the right to select as few or as many vendors as necessary in order to ensure completion of the scope of services.
