City of Memphis Current ITS Environment The City of Memphis currently operates three generations of NEMA-based traffic controllers: Siemens ITS m34, m52, and m60 series. The m34 and m52 controllers are legacy controllers, no longer manufactured by Siemens but still operational on many Memphis corridors. The m60 controller is the new standard for the City. This includes new versions of the SEPAC firmware.
