Currently this parcel is part of a larger parcel owned by the City of Alpharetta, which makes up Haynes Bridge Park and the Big Creek Greenway access point. This parcel and surrounding area are within the Bid Creek floodplain. The purchase of this parcel will create a separate parcel, leaving two parcels: 1. The larger City-owned Haynes Bridge Park and Big Creek Greenway parcel and 2. approximately 2.59-acre parcel offered for sale in this ITB.
The City of Alpharetta is offering for sale to the public and seeking bids from interested Bidders for the sale of two adjacent parcels totaling approximately 0.6507 acres (more or less) Zoned C-2 (General Commercial). The City intends to sell both parcels to one Bidder.
