Currently this parcel is part of a larger parcel owned by the City of Alpharetta, which makes up Haynes Bridge Park and the Big Creek Greenway access point. This parcel and surrounding area are within the Bid Creek floodplain. The purchase of this parcel will create a separate parcel, leaving two parcels: 1. The larger City-owned Haynes Bridge Park and Big Creek Greenway parcel and 2. approximately 2.59-acre parcel offered for sale in this ITB.
The City has recently combined the parcels and has recorded with Fulton County. Included with documents for this ITB are both the initial survey dated 12-2-2020 and the recorded combination plat. This property is zoned C-2. Zoning and design style are based on the City’s Downtown overlay and the Heritage Design Area.
