The triggers for this interface will be associated with an event originating in CIS Infinity or in Cityworks. The event trigger in CIS Infinity will be the creation or cancellation of a Service Order. The event trigger in Cityworks will be the completion of a Work Order/Inspection/Observation that is associated with the Service order created in CIS Infinity.
Cityworks is in the process of rolling out the newest version of their software, Cityworks 23, and the company has made it clear that all future enhancements will be in 23. This declaration will effectively render the City’s current 15.8.8 version unsupported.
