BSRM seeks Contractor(s) to provide investigation of worker’s compensation claims. Claims investigation services include, but are not limited to, activity checks; surveillance (including videotape), neighborhood canvasing, credit checks, criminal history searches, background checks and searching multiple forms of social media.
Investigations A. Investigate claims where the initial review indicates that it is warranted. Further investigation may include, but is not limited to on-sight investigation, photographs, interviewing witnesses and taking signed or recorded statements, verification of damage or loss, taking measurements, obtaining maps/diagrams from the District or other sources, obtaining medical releases, police reports, or other records as required.
