The Work under this Project consists of the following : The scope of work consists of renovating all existing restrooms in the facility. Plumbing work includes, but is not limited to, replacing toilets, urinals, lavatories, and sinks. Architectural work includes, but is not limited to, removing and salvaging toilet accessories, painting, and re-installing salvaged toilet accessories. The Work under this Project consists of site work for the installation of four (4) trailer classrooms at the following four (4) site locations for Williamsburg/James City County Public Schools within the County of James City. This work will include construction of E&S measures, decks, steps and ramps, concrete sidewalks, the electrical connection, fire alarm connection, light grading and gravel fire lane, and sewer and water connections and seeding after placement of trailer by others.
