SJSU is requesting proposals from experienced district energy teams (Respondent) with expertise and a successful track record developing decarbonized, resilient District Energy Master Plans inclusive of South Campus.
This Master Plan will inform and position the campus district energy system to support the Campus Master Plan and campus owned parcels three to four blocks to the West while maintaining compliance with Federal, State, local, California State University (CSU), and other authority having jurisdiction requirements.
