For the purposes of market research and a possible follow-on request for proposal (RFP), AGSE PO is interested in obtaining information on currently available aircraft cleaning and deicing systems.
The work includes Excavation; Shoring; Backfill; Asphalt Paving repair; dewatering and cleaning of wet wells and valve vaults; cleaning and recoating of existing pipe, brackets and guides; removal and reinstallation of existing pumps to facilitate pump refurbishment by others; performing structural repairs including crack sealing and spall repair; installation of vault safety netting system; construction of new concrete thrust walls and thrust blocks
These activities include the cleaning of debris and deicing chemicals from various bridge components and also the sealing of reinforced concrete components to prevent intrusion of salt, and other such work as may be necessary to complete the contract, as set forth in this Invitation For Bid (IFB).
