Due to equipment sterilization standards and requirements, there is no way to sterilize dental equipment inside the Martinsburg VA Medical Center (VAMC) dental clinic. Used equipment is to be transported via a customized truck from the dental clinic to the main hospital building; clean, sterilized equipment is to be transported from main hospital building to the dental clinic.

The VHA New Jersey Health Care System has a requirement to purchase with an authorized vendor to supply and deliver the item(s) identified in Table 1 below to be used throughout the clinic. See salient characteristics below. This is a Brand Name or Equal Requirement. This requirement is in support of the activation of the New Toms River VA Clinic. Royal Basket Trucks is the basis of design.
The work required consists of providing moving services, including laborers and a moving truck for moving clinic and office-type equipment up to 100 miles one way each day of performance. It is estimated a moving truck and laborers would be needed for approximately 20 days.
