Justification for the Pre-Identified Supplier There is a limited number of suppliers available to provide support and intensive case management services to meet the reintegration needs of CSC offenders with complex needs. The Pre-Identified Supplier is a community non-profit organization, which provides a broad range of services, including affordable housing, clinical services and employment services in the community.
