The contract will be for the actual requirements of the ECHCS as ordered by the VA during the life of the contract the Prosthetics Department or designee will provide the contractor with notification to initiate individual beneficiary service requirements, including the beneficiary's PAP prescription, education on use and benefit of equipment, an overview of safety and electrical requirements, infection control procedures, equipment troubleshooting, and information on how to obtain replacement supplies.

One (1) Queen sized bed and one (1) Full sized bed each are requested with the design, dimensions and fit to support existing on-hand mattresses currently utilized in sleep studies.
