After removal, successful respondent shall restore the site to as close to the original terrain as possible. All respondents shall provide copies all certifications pertaining to this project with their bid. Successful respondent must provide their own equipment and personnel to completely remove the water tower and restore the site. Equipment and personnel must be able to work at high altitudes.
