The purpose of this combined synopsis and solicitation is to purchase water chemical treatment services on designated Heating, Ventilation, & Air Conditioning (HVAC) cooling and heating closed loop and open loop systems on Peterson Space Force Base (SFB), Colorado per the Performance Work Statement (PWS).
Contractor shall provide all necessary materials, supplies, tools, equipment, transportation, licenses, permits, insurance, and personnel to provide the DSH with water treatment services to include, but not limited to: water analysis, water treatment chemicals, and administer chemicals to the air conditioning towers, boilers, refrigeration, and closed loop systems, in accordance with all State and Federal regulations.
The primary scope of work within the above areas will deal with strictly maintained controlled-environment testing laboratories and service areas, closed-loop air filtration systems producing a dust-free environment, utilization of electronic controls for multi-faceted HVAC components, as well as building management tools, and encompassing government requirements in energy conservation and LEED certifications.
