These services are provided for a firm-fixed-price. The CMc then acts as the general contractor during construction for a Guaranteed Maximum Price (GMP). The GMP for construction services is awarded as a contract option.
The services requested of the CMc shall cover a wide range of design and construction activities, such as: constructability reviews, cost estimating, work phasing reviews, scheduling and general construction services.
The City has retained the services of Think Architecture, Inc. for architectural design services and now seeks to retain the services of a Construction Manager as Constructor (CMC) firm to join the project team.
