MAINTENANCE and CAPITAL REPAIR: Please provide a detailed description of the district’s current maintenance practices, its capital repair program, and the maintenance program in place at the facility that is the subject of this SOI. Please include specific examples of capital repair projects undertaken in the past, including any override or debt exclusion votes that were necessary (maximum of 5000 characters).
As a result, most of the existing generators may gradually be taken out of service by the Facility maintenance staff (leaving the Clinic Generator system untouched), when it is most convenient. Locating the generator set and attendant transformer and transfer switch equipment inside of the new building will increase its longevity and ease maintenance.

This is a non-personal services contract to provide fire suppression system, fire alarm, and fire sprinkler systems inspection, testing, maintenance, service and repair. The Government shall not exercise any supervision or control over the contract service providers performing the services herein. Such contract service providers shall be accountable solely to the contractor who, in turn is responsible to the Government.
