Enhance user experience, improve website load speed, add a predictable search engine, integrate 3rd-party software, move our website to a cloud-based server, upgrade and integrate new CMS systems, and create a fully responsive website that is mobile-friendly and many other improvements and functionalities.

\n\nThe work to be performed (the \u201cProject\u201d) includes all elements necessary to redesign, create, and\nlaunch a website that will improve and enhance the County\u2019s web presence. The Project will include\nmigration of existing information/data and CMS training of County staff.

The NIEHS is transitioning off of the Percussion System, but currently is still in use for all NIEHS websites. This effort requires delegated ATO from NIH which NIEHS and NTP have been working on for more than a year. A legislation hold from HHS additionally requires the NIEHS to keep the Percussion files in their “native” format as they relate to PFAS communications. 

It is the responsibility of the Offeror to also monitor the proposal portal on the City’s website for any updates, addenda, etc. regarding that specific solicitation.

It is the contractor's responsibility to obtain the annual adjusted prevailing wage rate increases directly from the Department of Labor's website.
