The requirement is to have Phillips Corporation repair the HAAS SL40T (s/n 64900) CNC Lathe, which cannot be operated due to clogged hydraulic lines. Phillips Corporation is the sole and exclusive distributor of HAAS CNC Machine Tools and any associated factory certified service.This notice of intent is for information purposes only. All sources eligible to provide this requirement must respond in writing.

Contractor shall supply and deliver a CNC Lathe Machine in accordance with the attached Scope of Work and Amendments to The Marietta Repair Station, Marietta Ohio.
