The Executive Coach will conduct coaching sessions twice monthly. The Chair will have telephone and email access to the Executive Coach between coaching sessions. At the onset of the coaching, the Executive Coach and Chair will agree on specific goals, outcomes, and success measures for the coaching work and create a “coaching contract.”

The coach must be available for a 15–30-minute interview/discussion by interested employees prior to the employee committing to a coach to ensure comfort in the relationship prior to committing to the full sessions.
