The Executive Coach will conduct coaching sessions twice monthly. The Chair will have telephone and email access to the Executive Coach between coaching sessions. At the onset of the coaching, the Executive Coach and Chair will agree on specific goals, outcomes, and success measures for the coaching work and create a “coaching contract.”
provide 1) Community Wellbeing Development Opportunities geared towards reduction in infant mortality and growing healthy families, 2) Community Employment Training and Apprentice opportunities for residents help address labor shortages and offer young people an opportunity to enter the workforce. and 3) Community Based Life Coaching Training for Community Based Organizations by way of 14-week cohort learning experience inclusive of executive coaching sessions

scope of this effort is to obtain services required to be performed by the contractor include, but are not limited to: mediation group facilitation, and conflict coaching services, basic mediation skills training (i.e., Tier I); advanced mediation skills training with emphasis on role play (i.e., Tier II); assistance in screening and evaluation of DON Mediator-Candidates (i.e., Tier III); co-mediation and co-conflict coaching, as well as conflict coach
The coach must be available for a 15–30-minute interview/discussion by interested employees prior to the employee committing to a coach to ensure comfort in the relationship prior to committing to the full sessions. The scope of this engagement includes:Selected employees will be eligible for up to 20 one-hour sessions over a maximum of 12 months.
