1.1 PURPOSE OF REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL (RFP) Division of Child Protection Services Centralized Phone Intake Supervisor and Intake Family Services Specialist consultation and coaching. Effective consultation and coaching is required to continue to support the child protection workforce, as the work is complex and requires both technical knowledge and adaptive skills that are challenging to learn in a one-time training.
The OSFI Communications and Consultations Division requires a Contractor to deliver media and presentation coaching to OSFI executives and employees on an as-needed basis. The outcome of the coaching sessions will be to upgrade and sharpen OSFI employees’ media and/or presentation skills so they can deliver messages in comfort and with confidence.
Proposers should be able to describe their experience and ability to train casework staff and provide consultation to supervisors of permanency workers. Training and consultation should focus on increasing supervisory skills and effectiveness in coaching workers on quality visits as well as developing best practices in documenting visits.
