The City is issuing this RFP for building code compliance services, including but not limited to, plan review, permit issuance, residential and commercial inspections, HVAC, plumbing, and electrical inspections in accordance with State and City's building codes, maintenance of inspection records and reports, and meeting attendance when requested.
