Requirement: The VA Heartland Network 15 Contracting Office located at 3450 South 4th Street, Leavenworth, KS, 66048-5055 is seeking a potential qualified contractor to provide five (5) Codonics Safe Label Systems (SLS 550i) for the Harry S. Truman Memorial Veterans' Hospital, located in Columbia, Missouri. This is a brand name only requirement.
The Government intends to award the contract with an effective date of 26 March 2021 to Codonics, 17991 Englewood Dr., Middle Heights, OH 44130 DUNS: 10-153-3727 The Salisbury VA Medical Center, 1601 Brenner Ave., Salisbury, NC 28144, Anesthesia Department requires the Codonics Safe Label System to provide safe labeling that complies with the Joint Commission Standards for Medical Labeling, ASTM 4774, ISO 26825, and ASA guidelines.
