Cancel the Invitation For Bid (IFB) in accordance w ith FAR Subpart 14.404-1(c)(8). The IFB is being converted to a Request for Proposal (RFP) in accordance w ith FAR 14.404(e)(1).
Replace the damaged and missing stone coffers/beams of the portico ceiling with the associated structural system that has already has or is about to fail. All stone surfaces associated with this repair will be re-grouted and cleaned at the completion.
