The intent of this solicitation is for the supply of cold water meters for use by Arlington Water Utilities (AWU). The City of Arlington strongly encourages bidders to submit their response to this bid electronically. If submitting a paper bid, it must be submitted in a sealed envelope or package and labeled with the company name, solicitation number and title. Late bids will not be accepted.

The project involves, supply and installation of mechanical sub-meters on existing piping systems in 29 buildings on the University of Waterloo main campus for the measurement of one or more of the following utilities: steam flow, chilled water flow and energy transfer, natural gas flow rate, domestic cold water flow, and domestic hot water flow. Installation of mechanical meters will require modification of existing piping systems to suit.
