State of Oregon, is issuing this Competitive Solicitation pursuant to RCW 39.26.
This Request for Information (“RFI”) is being issued by the State of Alaska (“Lead State”) in collaboration with NASPO ValuePoint cooperative purchasing program. The purpose of this RFI is to seek information from qualified suppliers to be used in the development of a new solicitation for a replacement portfolio for Audio Video Equipment and Supplies. Responses for this RFI are due no later than Monday, April 22, 2024, at 2:00 PM AKST.
The purpose of this RFP is to acquire seeking a vendor solution to provide an advanced collaboration software. BACKGROUND:Current State EDC currently uses a variety of tools for collaboration for hybrid work. During the pandemic the popularity of an advanced collaboration tool with a digital canvas exceeded the available licenses, as a result of EDC needs to run a RFP process. Tools in use today include Microsoft Whiteboard and Miro.
