This project comprises the renovation of four (4) existing air handlers (SF-3, SF-4, ASU-2 & ASU-3) to improve the physical condition, efficiency, and capabilities of the units all located in the College Union Building at the Klamath Falls, OR Campus.
The purpose of this RFQ is to solicit proposals for engineering design services and project administration for the conversion of a portion of the College Union Building multi-zone distribution system to a variable volume system located at the Klamath Falls, OR Campus.
The Oregon Institute of Technology is accepting proposals to replace a sewer line in the College Union Building Lobby and conduct all necessary structural repairs that may be needed.
