Food & Drug Administration (FDA), Office of Acquisitions and Grants Services is requesting to procure one High-Performance Liquid Chromatography (HPLC) Instruments for Color Certification Program.
Chromatography mass spectrometry equipment's are regularly used at the Office of Cosmetics and Colors (OCAC) for analyzing CFR specified impurities in color additives. These equipment's are essential in performing OCACs mission more specifically with the Color Certification Program and constitute a considerable expense.
The Minnesota Department of Agriculture intends to contract with the Minnesota Soybean Growers Association to run five, full page spread, color articles that promote the Minnesota Agricultural Water Quality Certification Program (MAWQCP) to the Minnesota Soybean Growers Association membership via the Soybean Business Magazine.
