For this competition, both 2D and 3D artists, worldwide, are invited to submit their best art and photography using a concentration of colors. One color or a multitude of colors meets the criteria for this competition. This is an international open no theme competition so any subject matter and any media are acceptable.
The Primary Colors theme is one in which one of the primary colors Red, Blue or Yellow stands out as a primary artistic element in the artwork. Any subject matter and any media are acceptable in this open theme competition, as long as the primary colors in the artwork are at least one or more of the three primary colors Red, Blue or Yellow. The 1 overall top winning artist will be the Best in Show winner of the exhibition.
For our 7th COLOR International Juried Art Competition, TERAVARNA is looking for artists who aint afraid of getting bold with their usage of colors. It is time to explore different themes and theories of color. Let this be an opportunity to put colors in the front and not use them as just fillers in your art. Artists are encouraged to experiment with different pigments because we know every color has a story to tell.
