The contractor shall provide al personnel, tools, labot, transportation, equipment and supervision necessary regarding deliveryof and service/support for portable toilets on Columbus AFB, MS. Contractor shall also provide service to pump out four (4)1,000 gallon holding tanks located on Columbus AFB and two (2) 150 gallon holding tanks at the Auxiliary Field OLF Alphalocated at Shuqulak, MS.

The offeror shall provide all personnel, labor, materials, equipment, management, supervision, coordination, lodging and transportation required to accomplish the work.

The Contractor shall engineer, furnish, install and test (EFI&T) 12-strand single mode (SM) fiber optic cables (FOC) from Information Transfer Building (ITB) 900 to Building (B) 724 at Columbus AFB, MS. The Contractor shall provide all equipment, tools, materials, supplies, transportation, labor, supervision, management, and other incidentals necessary to meet the requirements as stated in theSOO (Attachment 1).

FOB point is Destination (Columbus AFB Mississippi).  Evaluation will be based on Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA). The contractor must be registered in SAM prior to award. The government will make an award from this request for proposal to the technically acceptable, responsible offeror whose proposal offers the lowest price to the Government.

In accordance with the Statement of Work, dated 4 Feb 2020, remove existing guttering and add proper flashing to receive new aluminum canopy. Fabricate and install new single skin flat-pan canopy roof system with built in gutter/beam supported with beam and (2 each) 3 inch columns set onto slab with downspout for drainage. Enclose canopy on 2 sides with structural panels. Guttering and posts should be bronze in color with ivory pans to match existing infrastructure. The attached Statement of Work (S.O.W.) defines the scope of work to accomplish the inspectionof two existing elevated storage tanks (buildings 842, 355) and one clear well (building603). This inspection will determine the conditions of the coatings, structure, andevaluate all tanks for compliance with current sanitation guidelines, safety, and securityregulations/guidelines in accordance with AWWA, OSHA, Mississippi Department ofHealth (MSDH), US EPA, US DHS and all related state/federal agencies. Work shallinclude visual inspection and/or the use of inspection technology of the tanks in theirentirety. The contractor shall provide all labor, material, equipment, and transportationrequired to accomplish this work.
