\n\nProject Background\n\nThe City of Sandusky (City) has implemented several capital improvement projects and operational\nadjustments to reduce combined sewer overflows (CSOs) and improve water quality in response to a Consent\nDecree executed in 1995 and updated in 2014.
The improvements include rehabilitation of existing 90”, 96”, 108” combination sewer by spray-on geopolymer method, the CIPP lining an existing 30” diameter RCP pipe, bypass pumping, sewer cleaning and televising, manhole lining, lateral service connections, sewer cleanouts, sewer point repairs, and traffic control protection.

SANITARY AND COMBINED SEWER LININGconsists of approximately 7,100 feet of 8”, 10”, 12”, 15”, 18”, 21” and 24” dia. cured in place pipe lining at various locations in the Village. The work will include bypass pumping of the existing sewer flow, reinstatement of the existing lateral services, and all testing required for lining installation.
