Government-owned product: Turbine Fuel Aviation, Grade JP-5, Commercial Jet Fuel, Grade Jet A, and Naval Distillate, F-76.Solicitation SPE603-21-R-0509 will be issued using best commercial practices and guidelines to meet the requirements of the Performance Work Statement (PWS).
The potential source must provide filtration to 5-micron at the downstream end of the contractor provided pipeline prior to entering AUAB.The potential source will be capable of injecting commercial jet fuel Jet A-1 with the additives for outbound JP-8 shipments as required, 7 days per week, 24 hours per day.
Government-owned product: Turbine Fuel Aviation, Grade JP-5 and Commercial Jet Fuel, Grade Jet A-1. Storage requirements include adequate fill capacity for two grades of aviation turbine fuel: 1,200,000 barrels Turbine Fuel Aviation, Grade JP5 and 700,000barrels Commercial Jet Fuel, Grade Jet A-1 (fill capacity) of storage is required. The requirement also requires shipping capability by 3rd party tank truck for JP-8.
