The purpose of this notice is to comply with applicable regulations pertaining to the procurement of open market items encompassed within the Commercial Law Development Program (CLDP) Logistics Support requirement including the requirements at FAR Part 5, Publicizing Contract Actions.The CLDP Logistics Support requirement is being solicited under the General Services Administration (GSA) Federal Supply Schedules (FSS) pursuant to FAR 8.4. 

Sellers must be able to document their ability to provide items through manufacturer approved distribution channels upon request.The Seller confirms to have sourced all products submitted in this Bid from manufacturer-approved channels for Federal sales, in accordance with all applicable laws and manufacturer’s current applicable policies at the time of purchase.

This request for proposals (RFP) is issued pursuant to FAR Part 13.5 and will result in a Hybrid Firm- Fixed- Price (FFP), Time-and-Materials (T&M) Multiple Award Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) for the Office of General Counsel - Commercial Law Development Program, Legal Technical Assistance Panel as detailed in the Performance Work Statement (PWS).
