The Alaska Department of Transportation will hold a joint Statewide Long-Range Transportation Plan Advisory Committee (STAC) and Freight Advisory Committee (FAC) Meeting on Wednesday, August 25, 2021, from 1:30-3 p.m. The purpose of the meeting is to present and discuss the key findings from the Financial Technical Memorandum and driving factors that may influence transportation during the planning time frame.
The Fairbanks Metropolitan Area Transportation System Freight Advisory Committee Meeting will be held on Friday, November 17, 2017 from 10:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m. in the Fairbanks City Hall Council Chambers, 800 Cushman Street, Fairbanks, Alaska. The Freight Model and draft forecast is now available. The next step in the Freight Mobility Plan process is to present the forecast and get your feedback on future freight conditions.
The successful Responder will collaborate primarily with MnDOT and MNIT but should anticipate additional collaborative efforts with and/or feedback from the Minnesota Freight Advisory Committee (“MFAC”), Minnesota Department of Employment and Economic Development (“DEED”), transportation and freight industry experts, and other project stakeholders.
