RUSSELL NATIONAL SCHOOL LUNCH ACT’S BUY AMERICAN PROVISION: To the maximum extent practicable, the School Board of Alachua County Food Service Department is required to purchase only domestically grown and processed foods, which are defined as commodities or products produced and processed in the United States substantially using agricultural commodities that are produced in the United States.
