Anticipated Tasks for the Communications and Meeting Support Services ContractorMCC expects the Communications and Meeting Support Contractor to be responsible for tasks related to (i) communications and (ii) meeting support.  The required communications support aims to ensure that the public is well-informed about the objectives, progress, and achievements of the threshold program.

Graphics Support:The contractor shall provide graphic, design, and production for all meeting and conference support materials, including but not limited to conference posters, banner displays, pamphlets, brochures, folders, signage, and abstract books.The contractor’s graphics software must be compatible with NIAID graphics software, unless specifically accepted by the Project Officer.D).

The operational assets currently addressing that program area accomplish the following:• Create and maintain data information systems that support ready access to programmatic information, • Enhance the dissemination and communication of research advances in the format most appropriate for the intended audience, • Promote the use of the science from and within the program, and • Provide meeting support for select conferences and workshops.II.

Marketing Support - Perform marketing, strategy development and deployment support functions to accomplish promoting the MEP, Manufacturing USA networks, and Baldrige ecosystem as well as accomplishing multiple initiatives, including the new CHIPS + Science Act related outreach for MEP or Manufacturing USA, technology transfer efforts, and Baldrige. 3.

The Task Force convenes its partners at several large meetings throughout the year to communicate on progress, allow for feedback from leadership, and unveil new programs, agreements, policies and/or tools. Contractor shall support meeting communications and promotion as well as all logistical event planning and audio/visual components of these meetings.

The purpose of this amendment is to attach the DRAFT Performance Work Statement and change the response date from April 05, 2019, to April 10, 2019.
