Everywhere Communications software is uniquely and proprietarily programmed to perform on the Iridium Government Enhance Mobile Satellite Services (EMSS) system from the Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA). The Iridium satellite constellation is a system of sixty-six (66) active satellites used for worldwide voice and data communication from hand-held satellite phones and other transceiver units.
The Navajo Area Indian Health Service, Chinle Service Unit (CSU), which consists of the Chinle Comprehensive Health Care Facility, Many Farms Clinic, Pinon Health Center, Tsaile Health Center, and Rock Point Clinic, intends to award a non-competitive, sole source purchase order to Proposed Contractor, Navajo Communications, to provide PRI dedicated Phone services.
To provide Telecommunication Services from a qualified service provider who can meet the District’s current and future requirements for this service type in a cost effective manner
under these contracts include, but are not limited to, IT communication services, support management, planning, policy, service delivery, infrastructure, audio-visual services, and integration and execution of information technology.
