The Price Communication Application will be used for R&D purposes to explore the applications of variable price signals to Distributed Energy Resources (DER) program and end-use concepts. Solution shall be hosted in a cloud or dedicated environment, outside of SMUD facilities and network. The Proposer shall provide all labor, material, and equipment required to perform the Service described as: Price Communication Application.
The first is for a secure communication application that allows for the sharing of sensitive information and coordination of teams and operations. The second issue is the retention of the department’s communication and social media on mobile devices.
