Telex Communications Radio Dispatch Hardware Project Description :Forestry, Parks and Tourism has a requirement for Telex Communications radio dispatch hardware and software licenses.
The aim is to bring the Town’s radio communications, and its dispatch center, up to modern standards. The services sought include, but are not limited to, examination and evaluation of the current communications system, and provision of a report on the findings and needs that includes recommendations for an upgrade.
This service will require 24 hour, 7 days a week, 365 days per year answering service, alert paging service and base radio communications fire dispatch service fully integrated with a Computer Aided Dispatch (CAD) system and provided in accordance with time targets specified within NFPA 1225.
