The contractor selected as a result of this procurement will be required to: • Complete an assessment of federal and state authorities on CCRC regulation. • Provide Recommendations on shared regulatory oversight system for CCRCs in Washington. • Submit reports on assessments and recommendations. • Present findings as requested during the 2023 Legislative Session.
In addition to the reporting requirements outlined in the sections entitled ‘CONDITIONAL RELEASE – COMMUNITY SUPERVISION’ and ‘TEMPORARY ABSENCES’, the Contractor must complete the following reports at the request of the Project Authority in accordance with applicable legislation and policy: a. Preliminary Assessment report; b. Community Assessment report; c. Post-Sentence Community Assessment report; and d. Community Strategy report. 25.
Mental Health Counselling and/or Assessment Process in Community Sites Upon receipt of a referral to perform an evaluation for treatment, the Contractor is authorized a maximum of three (3) billable hours for an assessment to determine the offender's suitability for treatment.
